Service Description

We will assist with the printing, scanning, and notarization of closing documents. We will work with your title company or attorney to ensure you have a smooth closing! We will go to your location or you may come to our offices. We can assist with coordinating meeting space if needed. *Additional fees may apply for printing, scanning, or additional signers. *Please note any additional requests

Cancellation Policy

Please have a valid state or federally issued identification card (i.e. Passport, Driver's License) with your correct name and signature available during your scheduled appointment. We may need to ask for additional identification if needed. Although Hudson Standard Alliance, LLC attempts to provide accurate information, it assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. Hudson Standard Alliance, LLC may change the Services or prices mentioned at any time without notice. Hudson Standard Alliance, LLC may periodically make changes to the services we provide. Hudson Standard Alliance, LLC only retains personal information of the client as required by the state law in which the notary is licensed. We use third-party vendors to save credit card information such as Quickbooks, Docverify for document security, and Wix for bookings. Cancellation Policy: You are able to cancel an appointment and service up to 24 hours prior to the service. If within 2 hours of service, you will be charged a partial fee, and if the service is a no-show; the full fee will be charged. If the signer is unable to pass the identification verification, the client will be responsible for the cost of the verification and the charge of DocVerify. HUDSON STANDARD ALLIANCE, LLC & THE AGENTS INCLUDING NOTARY PUBLICS, PROCESSOR SERVERS & FILING REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES OR ADVICE AND DO NOT AND WILL NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
