Service Description

We will meet you in a secure office building at 420 Lexington Ave Suite 300 but we are by appointment only as we are also traveling to other locations and closings. Minimum fee is $50. You will need your proper identification. Scanning, printing and forms are additional fees. We also may provide a witness for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please have a valid state card (i.e. Passport, Driver's License) with your correct name and signature available during your scheduled appointment. We may need to ask for additional identification if needed.
